A native of Southern California, Dr. Yvonne is a traditionally trained, board-certified emergency medicine physician who has worked in Los Angeles for 20 years. She started working in Wellness Medicine 10 years ago after failing to find a resolution to some health issues. She first worked for the largest age-management medical group, Cenegenics Medical Institute in Beverly Hills, for a few years. She was left wanting to spread her wings and eventually started The Brain & Body Restoration Institute in Hermosa Beach, California. Dr. Yvonne has been an advocate of nutrition and exercise for most of her life.
I am a self-taught artist who has spent many years experimenting in mixed media while exhibiting and selling work in shows in NY and NJ. I have been teaching classes for over 35 years and developed a series of “art-as-therapy” workshops for those suffering from illness and adversity. I began these workshops while suffering myself with Lyme disease for many years and finding relief only while in the process of creating. I have dedicated my life to the belief that art is therapeutic and can help you speak words hard to say, relieve stress and suffering, and allow you to escape for a few hours.

Mishawn Williams wine life began in May 2009 on a tasting tour whilst bicycling through Sonoma. Loretta Williams is no stranger to her community, teaming up and volunteering with nonprofits like “Summer in the City”, and Hype Kids Club mentoring children. Greening of Detroit planting flowers across the City of Detroit, Life Remodeled cleaning up blight in our inner city, and Forgotten Harvest helping to feed local low-income families.
She also works with a nonprofit called Detroit Brown Moms & The Avalon Village helping local Detroit moms develop budgets, and find unique ways to develop different streams of income. Helping others is her passion, she is selfless, ambitious, and determined to make a difference!
