An Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Lone Star College and Fortis Institute-Houston, she holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. With certifications including Board Certified Professional Counselor (BCPC), she combines academic expertise with real-world advocacy for families and children. Also certified in image consulting, she brings strong communication and presentation skills to her work. Passionate about teaching, research, and student empowerment, her mission is to inspire future changemakers in the field of psychology.

- is a dynamic entrepreneur, real estate broker-salesperson, and wealth strategist based in Las Vegas. With over a decade of experience and a background as a former timeshare sales director, she’s ranked in the top 5% of real estate agents. Kara empowers clients to build generational wealth through real estate and strategic investing. Known for her sharp business acumen, she speaks on topics like entrepreneurship, mindset, financial stability, and women in leadership. She’s been featured on panels, podcasts, and workshops, inspiring others with her bold, practical approach. Kara’s mission: help people make money—and meaningful, purpose-driven moves.
Kimberly Smith
- is a seasoned Las Vegas Realtor with 22 years of experience in the Nevada real estate market. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computers in Business from National University. Kimberly is a proud member of NAREB and has served as Event Coordinator Chairperson for the Women's Council. In 2022, she became a licensed Broker Salesperson. A bestselling co-author of Women Who Boss Up in Real Estate 2.0, Kimberly also writes for Black Image Magazine. Outside real estate, she enjoys traveling, fitness, and co-counseling couples alongside her husband, Jesse.
Marissa Hawkins
- is a dynamic CEO, speaker, and entrepreneur who co-owns ten Massage Envy locations in Las Vegas and Reno with her husband, Mario. In 2005, she left her corporate career to pioneer wellness franchises in Las Vegas. With 20+ years of experience, she’s received honors including the Athena Leadership Award and a place in the Nevada Women’s Hall of Fame. Beyond business, she mentors students, serves on educational boards, and supports nonprofits. Marissa has raised nearly $500,000 for her community and uses her platform to inspire and give back, earning media recognition and leaving a lasting impact in Nevada.
